Microsuction & Water Irrigation Ear Wax Removal

So pleased with my experience with Staffordshire Microsuction! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my ear occluding with wax and I was even given the chance of an earlier slot on the day after another client rearranged. Jo brings all the kit needed to your house for microsuction or water irrigation and does a great job! She makes sure you're comfortable throughout the procedure and finds the best option for you. She explains what's happening at each step and is very reassuring. Jo was so friendly and kind and I'm really pleased to be able to hear properly again. Jo is able to take card payments on the day too which is a big bonus if you don't have cash on hand. I normally need an appointment once a year and I'll definitely use Jo again in future. Simply superb. Joanne came to treat my 88 year old mother who is housebound and needed both ears microscuctioning following a sudden onset of deafness in both ears due to an infection and compacted ear wax. The fact that Joanne provides a mobile service was invaluable to us as it's difficult for mum to get out. Joanne immediately put mum at ease before beginning the procedure and was constantly checking on her to make sure she was ok whilst she was doing both ears. It took Joanne an hour to do both ears so we're under no illusions as to how bad mum's ears were! I can't underestimate what a difference it has made to mums hearing and her well-being thanks to Joanne's expertise. Mum's confidence has improved no end and she's much less stressed than before the treatment now she can hear perfectly again. I can't recommend Joanne and Staffordshire Microscuction enough. It's excellent value and an excellent service. You really can't put a price on someone's hearing and the direct impact it has on their wellbeing. Joanne is just a pure angel, an amazing lady which knows exactly how to cope with ear problems. Hygiene level is above and beyond, very well knowledgeable and I definitely RECOMMEND her services. My ear was blocked for days and it was my first time having this done. I went searching for earwax removal at 2am in the morning and was able to get one for the same day. Joanne came on time, and she explained everything to me. She gave me the choice of doing the water method or the suction and was very gentle. If needed, would definitely book her again. (Hopefully I won't have to as my ears will remain clear)

I woke up on a Saturday morning with a partially blocked ear, I tried some over the counter remedies, which seemed to make the ear worse. I put up with the discomfort for the rest of the day, but on the Sunday my ear was completely blocked and I’d lost all hearing in the affected ear. I called Jo on the off chance that she was working on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, and she was. She agreed to come to my home later that same day, and after approx 30 mins of treatment my ear was completely clear and I could hear again! The whole process was quick and painless, and Jo was really professional throughout. I can’t recommend Jo highly enough and would encourage anyone with blocked ears to give her a call! Thanks Jo!

I booked an appointment after being told I had impacted ear wax. I managed to obtain an appointment within 2 days and Joanne turned up at the allocated time. Joanne was very professional and very gentle and explained everything. She was tidy and came fully prepared. I would recommend and will use Staffordshire micro suction in the future when required.
